How to have clean teeth, healthy gums and fresh breath in 5 days
Morning
Brush teeth with a small soft brush with a fluoride toothpaste 3 minutes
Evening
1. Brush teeth as above. 3 minutes
2. Use floss/flossette/tepe brush as instructed 2 minutes
3. Apply Vaseline to lips to prevent staining
4. Use disclosing tablet 1 minute
5. Rinse mouth
6. Check teeth and gums in the mirror, spot the dyed areas
7. Re-use toothbrush and brush as necessary to remove all the dyed ares 3minutes
